Bewdley

Come join us on our lovely September walk next week:

The route starts in the beautiful riverside town of Bewdley. We will walk along the river towards Upper Arley, taking in views of the river and farmland.

Eventually, we will pass Trimpley Reservoir before we reach Upper Arley. Here we will have a break either at the Riverside Tearoom or The Harbour Inn pub.

If time allows, we can visit the Severn Valley Railway station at Arley and take in the nostalgia of the 1940s before heading back to Bewdley on the other side of the river.

This walk is around 8 miles long and is mostly flat with only a couple of very small inclines on the river bank.

Please remember to bring a packed lunch and something to sit on.

Well behaved dogs are also welcome but must be kept on a lead for part of the walk.

Contact us for details on how to go to the start of the walk.

We are still collecting for Women’s Aid, and optional donations of £1 (or more) will be welcome  – please bring cash, also for your mandatory £1 contribution to Boot Women’s admin costs.
