This 5.5 mile walk will take us through beautiful countryside and along tow paths of the Birmingham – Worcester Canal. The landscape varies from open countryside views to large expanses of water at the Upper and Lower Bittell Reservoirs.
There are a few stiles but they are all dog-friendly. Dogs are welcome but may need to be kept on lead some of the time because there are sheep in some of the fields.
Bring a packed lunch. There is a pub at the end of the walk for anyone who wants to carry on chatting after the walk.
We ask women coming on the walk to contribute £1 to Boot Women expenses. We are still also collecting for Women’s Aid, and optional donations of 1£ (or more) will be welcome.
